Our Davis house project features a double storey scandi style addition to an existing architectual designed 70s home with plenty of character its self.

The striking front facade is a mix of materials, featuring black metal cladding juxtaposed to the existing light-colored brickwork. This contrast not only enhances the visual appeal but also adds depth and texture to the overall design. Large windows dominate the structure, allowing natural light to flood the interiors.

Situated on a corner block the proposed addition creates a new entry to the home and a carport partial enclosed by vertical wood timber slats. Adjacent to the entrance of the home. large glass sections reveal an inviting interior staircase and open void with a workspace below emphasizing the open nature of the home

Stepping into the back yard of the home large glass doors and windows allow for a seamless connetion between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The rear yard features a covered alfresco area with built in kitchen and pizza oven. opening out onto an existing pool area.
